About the role
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert and primary escalation point for complex orders, credit topics, and delivery issues
- Handle advanced order validation, special commercial terms, and financial approvals
- Coordinate priority deliveries with Logistics and resolve high-impact operational issues
- Oversee documentation quality for complex transactions and ensure audit readiness
- Monitor high-risk receivables and support Finance in resolving disputes
- Lead stock analysis and align with Sales/SCM on inventory optimization.
Requirements
- Good command of spoken and written English and Spanish - minimum B2 level
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service and Order Management
- Strong O2C, SAP SD, and international trade expertise
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive process improvements and support team development
- High ownership, accuracy, and decision-making capabilities.
