About the role

  • Lead the design of the IFS Cloud solution, ensuring functional consistency, business alignment, and robustness of technical choices.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities: scoping, defining the target architecture, demonstrations, proposal development, and participation in pitches.
  • Define and enforce IFS architecture standards: guiding principles, integration strategy, and governance of extensions (custom objects, lobbies, workflows, APIs).
  • Supervise implementation and support delivery teams: configuration, development, integration, data migration, testing, Go-Live and hypercare.
  • Anticipate and manage technical, functional, and integration risks.
  • Actively participate in architecture governance (Design Authority) by validating choices and overseeing designs.
  • Ensure skills development of teams: coaching, mentoring, and leading the IFS community.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with IFS Applications / IFS Cloud (Architecture, Design, Finance / Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Maintenance modules depending on profile).
  • Proven ability to interact with Business and IT leadership, including in large-scale transformation contexts.
  • Demonstrated experience in pre-sales and proposal development.
  • Mastery of IFS architecture, integration patterns, and the ERP ecosystem.
  • Leadership, team spirit and ability to support multidisciplinary teams.
  • IFS certifications appreciated.
