Lead end‑to‑end production support across AWS cloud platforms and core banking infrastructure
Manage P1/P2 incident handling and coordinate with cross‑functional teams for service restoration
Maintain and enhance monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, and performance baselines
Provide hands‑on technical guidance to onshore/offshore teams and manage shifts and on‑call rotations

Requirements

4+ years of experience in production support
Strong debugging, optimization, and production engineering skills
Technical expertise in AWS cloud services: Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, Dynatrace
Proficiency in Java/JEE, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, SOAP & REST APIs
