About the role

  • Lead the design of the D365 F&O solution, ensuring functional consistency, alignment with business needs, and appropriateness of technical choices.
  • Actively contribute to pre-sales activities: scoping, defining the target architecture, demonstrations, building proposals, and participating in pitch meetings.
  • Define and enforce architecture standards: guiding principles, integration strategy, extension patterns, and development governance.
  • Oversee implementation and support delivery teams: configuration, development, data migration, testing, and Go-Live.
  • Anticipate and manage technical and functional risks.
  • Participate in architecture governance (Design Authority).
  • Drive team capability building: coaching, mentoring, and community facilitation.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with D365 F&O.
  • Comfortable engaging with both Business and IT stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Leadership and the ability to support and guide teams.
  • Microsoft certifications are a plus.
