About the role
- Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle from qualification to submission.
- Facilitate bid kick-off meetings and ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather content, pricing, and solution details.
- Ensure all proposal documents meet corporate standards, customer requirements, and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with internal approval processes (legal, finance, management).
- Act as the main point of contact for all bid-related communications.
- Manage expectations of senior leadership regarding bid progress and outcomes.
- Maintain a library of templates, case studies, CVs, and standard proposal content.
- Conduct lessons-learned sessions to improve future bid performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management, or similar roles.
- Experience working in technology, consulting, digital services, or complex project environments is a plus.
