About the role

  • Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle from qualification to submission.
  • Facilitate bid kick-off meetings and ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather content, pricing, and solution details.
  • Ensure all proposal documents meet corporate standards, customer requirements, and deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with internal approval processes (legal, finance, management).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management, or similar roles.
  • Experience working in technology, consulting, digital services, or complex project environments is a plus.
