About the role
- Be involved in the sales process working to help shape new propositions
- Manage the handover from the sales to delivery team
- Deliver against the contract, managing scope, delivering to cost and quality and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Provide clear and concise status and project reporting both to the client and internally to Capgemini
- Manage and motivate a high performing team, supporting them with continued development
- Manage the client relationship at Senior Management level (CxO-1 or above)
- Responsible for delivery governance, managing risks and quality, achieving engagement financial and delivery KPIs.
- Manage the key delivery processes of commercial management, financial management and stakeholder management
- Maintaining the required level of Capgemini EM Certification level for your grade, and the scale and complexity of the projects that you are required
Requirements
- Experienced with all aspects of SAP delivery through to hand over to early life support
- Understand and used Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Able to demonstrate your skills and previous experience, working on SAP projects across different industries and clients
- Experience of managing large global and distributed teams
- Must be fluent in English.
