About the role
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and offshore QE teams to deliver high-quality releases.
- Explore and implement AI-based testing tools and techniques to improve efficiency and test coverage.
- Engage in test planning, requirement reviews, defect analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively across multiple time zones to ensure alignment and progress.
- Bonus: Apply bond market knowledge (optional) to enhance domain understanding.
Requirements
- Strong experience in automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent.
- Exposure to AI or machine-learning–driven testing approaches (pilot projects, POCs, or hands-on experimentation qualifies).
- Solid understanding of software QA principles and Agile methodologies.
- Effective communication skills and experience working with distributed teams.
- Bonus: Familiarity with bond markets or financial services (not mandatory).
