Communicate effectively across multiple time zones to ensure alignment and progress.

Requirements

Strong experience in automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent.
Exposure to AI or machine-learning–driven testing approaches (pilot projects, POCs, or hands-on experimentation qualifies).
Solid understanding of software QA principles and Agile methodologies.
Effective communication skills and experience working with distributed teams.
Bonus: Familiarity with bond markets or financial services (not mandatory).
