About the role

  • Analyze business requirements and collaborate with Business and SMEs to validate needs
  • Design, develop, and enhance solutions within core Duck Creek components (e.g., Server, Express, TransACT, Forms Engine, User Admin, Author)
  • Develop Data Page Rules and manuscript configurations using Duck Creek Author tools
  • Perform impact analysis to identify affected components and ensure smooth delivery
  • Independently debug issues with minimal supervision
  • Manage and resolve policy issues through incident management procedures; identify recurring problem themes
  • Work closely with the Progressive Dev Lead and SMEs when needed
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate technical and functional delivery challenges

Requirements
