- Design and lead work streams

- Identify and analyze problems affecting solution delivery

Requirements
- Deep Insurance and Consulting experience with insight on industry trends
- Management consulting experience with a proven track record in Property/Casualty, Life and/or Health insurance
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Expert knowledge of Agile and traditional project management principles
- Strong business acumen and financial management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in team and people management
