About the role
- You will support procurement departments across various industries in addressing their challenges.
- Enable institutions and large enterprises to leverage disruptive technologies (e-Procurement, S/4HANA, Artificial Intelligence, SRM tools, decarbonization tools, RPA, etc.) while adapting their target operating model.
- Define and implement a procurement decarbonization strategy: carbon footprint calculation, implementation of reduction levers, and definition of a reduction trajectory.
- Implement a target Source-to-Pay operating model: define the procurement organization, purchasing processes, RACI, team locations, IT architecture, KPIs, and business case.
- Define AI use cases for procurement.
- Deploy an e-Procurement solution: define the deployment plan, design target business processes, and develop the change management approach.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in consulting firms or in operational roles within large corporate groups.
- Demonstrated skills in at least one of the following areas: procurement knowledge; understanding of sustainability and artificial intelligence challenges; experience in procurement transformation programs with an e-Procurement solution or an ERP; optimization of procurement organization models.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Mobility required.
