About the role

  • Architect and deliver enterprise-grade digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager
  • Lead the design and architecture of scalable AEM solutions aligned with business and user experience goals
  • Drive solutioning discussions with stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical designs
  • Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to development teams across multiple initiatives
  • Design and implement AEM components, templates, workflows, and services using Sling, HTL, Java, and OSGi
  • Configure AEM Sites and Assets to support content authoring, publishing workflows, and personalization
  • Ensure adherence to AEM development best practices and performance optimization techniques
  • Experience migrating AEM Sites and Assets/EDAM to AEM Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), including planning and execution
  • Hands-on knowledge of using the Content Transfer Tool (CTT) for content extraction, migration, and validation
  • Integrate AEM with third-party systems including CRM, identity platforms, and marketing tools
  • Lead implementation and integration of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target for data-driven personalization and optimization
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking and targeting strategies
  • Work in Agile/Scrum environments, actively participating in sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives
  • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and support CI/CD pipelines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments
  • Support production deployments and post-launch enhancements

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in AEM development and architecture
  • Strong expertise in AEM 6.x/Cloud Service, Java, Sling, HTL, JCR, and OSGi
  • Proven experience in leading AEM projects and development teams
  • Hands-on experience in migrating sites and assets to AEMaaCS
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target integrations
  • Adobe Certified Expert AEM Architect or Developer required
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and SEO best practices
  • Strong Agile delivery experience and familiarity with Agile tools and ceremonies
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Experience with Adobe IO, Adobe Launch, and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools
  • Experience in the insurance domain (life, health, or PC).
