About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain conversational experiences using Google CES
- Build and enhance virtual agent flows, intent models, entities, and fulfillment logic
- Develop and integrate Playbook-based generative flows alongside deterministic Dialogflow experiences
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear translation of requirements
- Analyze business use cases and convert them into functional and technical specifications
- Participate in workshops and discovery sessions to understand customer journeys, pain points, and success metrics
- Support backlog grooming, story elaboration, and acceptance criteria definition
- Collaborate with integration teams to connect CES with backend systems via APIs and middleware
- Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of CES solutions
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards for security, scalability, and maintainability
Requirements
- 5 plus years of experience with Google Customer Engagement Suite (CES)
- Strong knowledge of Dialogflow CX (intents, flows, routes, fulfillment)
- Experience working with Playbooks and generative conversational patterns
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations
- Familiarity with cloud-native development concepts (preferably GCP)
- Experience in contact center, IVR, or conversational AI implementations
- Exposure to agent assist, omnichannel experiences, or customer journey analytics
- Knowledge of CI/CD, testing strategies, or automation for conversational platforms
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise or consulting environments
