About the role

  • End-to-End Sourcing Execution: Ability to manage tactical sourcing events (RFQs, e-Auctions, Direct Awards)
  • Supplier Engagement: Strong communication and negotiation skills in Spanish, Portuguese and English
  • Spend & Category Alignment: Solid understanding of local market dynamics, inflation trends (e.g., IPCA)
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordination with Category Managers, Requestors, and team to ensure alignment with business needs
  • Data Accuracy & Reporting: Ensure correct documentation, compliance tracking, and timely updates in dashboards or TPH reports
  • Agility & Prioritization: Ability to balance multiple sourcing requests while meeting SLAs and ensuring process efficiency
  • Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by the Line Manager within the sourcing process, including support to global and regional initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
  • at least 2 years of progressive administrative experience demonstrating advanced administrative skills
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
  • Strong technical proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and standard office technologies
  • working knowledge of SAP and Coupa is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong interpersonal abilities to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
