About the role
- Analyze and resolve complex incidents requiring deep technical expertise
- Manage corrective and enhancement tickets via ServiceNow
- Deploy fixes, patches, and software updates across environments
- Open and follow Siemens support tickets when necessary
- Fix bugs and technical anomalies
- Develop and integrate new features or improvements
- Execute non‑regression tests and validate changes in dedicated environments
- Manage major changes such as migrations and upgrades
- Monitor performance and supervise Teamcenter environments
- Conduct proactive incident analysis to anticipate system failures
- Update technical and functional documentation
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Teamcenter (administration, configuration, development)
- Knowledge of key PLM modules: BOM, Workflow, Active Workspace
- Proficiency in Java, C++, SQL, Unix Shell scripting
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, SVN/TortoiseSVN, deployment scripts
- Understanding of Dev / Pre‑Prod / Prod environments and deployment best practices
- Good understanding of PLM architectures and system integrations
