About the role

  • Analyze and resolve complex incidents requiring deep technical expertise
  • Manage corrective and enhancement tickets via ServiceNow
  • Deploy fixes, patches, and software updates across environments
  • Open and follow Siemens support tickets when necessary
  • Fix bugs and technical anomalies
  • Develop and integrate new features or improvements
  • Execute non‑regression tests and validate changes in dedicated environments
  • Manage major changes such as migrations and upgrades
  • Monitor performance and supervise Teamcenter environments
  • Conduct proactive incident analysis to anticipate system failures
  • Update technical and functional documentation

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Teamcenter (administration, configuration, development)
  • Knowledge of key PLM modules: BOM, Workflow, Active Workspace
  • Proficiency in Java, C++, SQL, Unix Shell scripting
  • Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, SVN/TortoiseSVN, deployment scripts
  • Understanding of Dev / Pre‑Prod / Prod environments and deployment best practices
  • Good understanding of PLM architectures and system integrations
