About the role

  • Lead SAP advisory consulting engagements in transportation transformation
  • Lead SAP S/4HANA consulting projects during implementation and rollout in transportation transformation
  • Perform solution designs, functional testing, and best practice recommendations
  • Provide functional leadership and guidance
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to refine technical details into user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Work independently to resolve complex issues and suggest alternative approaches to problem solving
  • Test and conduct quality assurance (such as peer review)
  • Implement quality application and documentation adhering to different SAP methodologies such as agile and hybrid

Requirements

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment of at least one end to end SAP implementation project for SAP Transportation management or ECC Logistics execution
  • Excellent consulting mindset
  • Knowledge in Master Data configuration, Configuration and Customization of various TM and TRP scenarios
  • Skilled in areas of Freight Order Management, Forwarding Order Management, ERP Logistics Integration, Transportation Network, Transportation Mode, Freight Agreement, Tendering process
  • Familiarity with interfaces, EDI, and IDOCs
  • Hands-on configuration experience
  • Scheduling tool experience RFC Queue Management (base level understanding)
  • Data migration expertise in SD or TM is preferable
  • Domain experience in Shipping company, merchandising sales is good to have along with project management role
  • Preferable certification in S/4HANA Transportation management
