About the role
- You support clients in translating marketing strategies into scalable, automated customer experiences.
- You design and optimize customer and user journeys across channels, leveraging marketing automation tools and customer data platforms.
- You collaborate with marketers, data specialists, consultants, and project managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- You manage segmentation, personas, and audiences, ensuring GDPR-compliant use of customer data.
- You analyze performance, report on results, and continuously improve journeys based on insights.
Requirements
- >2 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or data-driven marketing.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Customer Data Platforms and customer data concepts.
- Experience with Salesforce or Adobe solution is a plus.
- Experience with customer journeys, segmentation, personas, and personalization.
- Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy regulations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
