Lead the end‑to‑end GenAI for SWE Enablement Program, including planning, governance, execution, and continuous improvement
Establish and operationalize the GenAI for SWE Center of Excellence (COE) and drive its operating model
Oversee strategy, roadmap, enablement waves, dashboards, reporting, and value realization
Run Steering Committees and leadership governance forums while coordinating with domain leads, delivery managers, and super users to ensure successful adoption and capability uplift
Serve as the primary liaison across client leadership, engineering teams, domain stakeholders, and the internal COE
Manage escalations, remove blockers, and maintain momentum across all workstreams

Requirements

Proven experience leading large, complex, multi‑team technology or transformation programs
Expertise in program planning, governance design, milestone tracking, and escalation management
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including senior leadership interaction
Solid understanding of GenAI for SWE (GitHub Copilot, coding assistants, prompt engineering, workflow optimization)
Proficiency with software engineering processes (SDLC, version control, CI/CD, Agile)
Ability to translate GenAI capabilities into engineering adoption patterns and enablement strategies
Strong risk, dependency, and issue management capabilities
Collaborative mindset with the ability to align COE and client stakeholders
