About the role
- Act as a Business Analyst supporting large‑scale data regulatory and transformation programmes
- Lead end‑to‑end analysis across business and technology workstreams
- Capture, document, and validate business, functional, and data requirements
- Analyse data flows, data lineage, data quality, and data models for gaps or inconsistencies
- Support data mapping, transformation rules, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct impact assessments for data‑related changes across enterprise systems
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and controls teams to enhance data governance
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst/Data Analyst in complex enterprise environments
- Proven capabilities in data analysis, data modelling, data quality, and lineage assessment
- Expertise in requirement gathering across business and technical stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of banking domains such as Risk, Finance, Treasury, Payments, and Customer/Product data
- Hands‑on with SQL, data profiling tools, and large datasets (preferred)
- Proficiency in Agile practices with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Visio
- Strong stakeholder management skills across global teams
