About the role
- Validate and process customer orders, coordinating approvals with Finance, SCM, and Product teams;
- Serve as main contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information;
- Coordinate delivery schedules with Logistics and manage order changes;
- Prepare invoices, export documents, and manage letters of credit or prepayments;
- Monitor receivables, support dunning, and assist with payment allocation;
- Conduct periodic stock checks and update distribution plans;
- Support after-sales follow-up and customer calls.
Requirements
- Good command of spoken and written English and German - minimum B2 level;
- 3-12 months of experience in Customer Service/ Order Management;
- Solid understanding of O2C processes and international trade basics;
- SAP SD and MS Office proficiency;
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills;
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with a proactive approach.
