About the role

  • Ensure achievement of quality objectives for projects related to propulsion products and systems
  • Drive quality management for changes during series production
  • Coordinate stakeholders
  • Perform risk analysis and provide effective monitoring and tracking tools
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards and consolidated quality reports
  • Provide methodological support to project teams

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge of automotive quality and product design
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VBA), PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Problem-solving skills (8D, FMEA…)
  • Analytical mindset, persuasive abilities and strong communication skills
  • Planning orientation, adaptability and ability to work cross-functionally
