About the role
- ensure the smooth, reliable operation of our M365/O365 environment
- act as a trusted point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders
- manage daily operations, support users across Windows and Apple devices
- handle incidents, changes, and service requests
- perform regular system health checks and align parameter updates
- ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards
- work closely with the client on operational alignment
- identify and propose automation opportunities
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience with MS Office / M365 / O365
- administrative knowledge of M365/O365 technologies.
- strong communication, presentation, reporting, and servant‑leadership skills.
- problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- solid Microsoft Windows skills.
- proficiency in English and German.
