About the role

  • ensure the smooth, reliable operation of our M365/O365 environment
  • act as a trusted point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • manage daily operations, support users across Windows and Apple devices
  • handle incidents, changes, and service requests
  • perform regular system health checks and align parameter updates
  • ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards
  • work closely with the client on operational alignment
  • identify and propose automation opportunities

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience with MS Office / M365 / O365
  • administrative knowledge of M365/O365 technologies.
  • strong communication, presentation, reporting, and servant‑leadership skills.
  • problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
  • solid Microsoft Windows skills.
  • proficiency in English and German.
