About the role

  • Configure and enhance SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing).
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP FICO solutions.
  • Manage FICO integration with MM, SD, PP, HR, and other modules.
  • Develop functional specifications for WRICEF objects.
  • Support end‑to‑end project phases: design, build, testing, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare.
  • Handle month-end/year-end closing support and financial reporting needs.
  • Conduct UAT, deliver end-user training, and prepare process documentation.
  • Provide L2/L3 production support with timely issue resolution and SLA adherence.
  • Collaborate with global delivery teams (onshore/offshore) and drive process improvements.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of hands‑on SAP FICO implementation and support experience.
  • Strong understanding of core Finance & Controlling processes.
  • Expertise in FI (AP, AR, GL, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (Costing, PCA, CCA, Internal Orders).
  • Experience in cross‑module integration (MM, SD, PP).
  • Solid experience with interfaces, IDocs, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to create high-quality functional specifications and work closely with technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
