About the role

  • Manage scope, timelines, and budgets for technical implementations
  • Ensure adherence to Capgemini and client governance frameworks
  • Conduct risk assessments and maintain compliance with security and audit standards
  • Oversee configuration, customisation, and integration of power Apps and technical modules (Power Query, DAX, and Power BI including custom visuals)
  • Guide technical teams on scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies) and workflow automation
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and solution design
  • Drive UAT, performance testing, and defect resolution
  • Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer for operational readiness

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands‑on technical project/programme delivery
  • Strong experience with Power BI, Power Platform, data modelling, ETL/ELT, and Azure data services
  • Skilled in dashboard wireframing, visual design, BI governance, DevOps, and delivery workflows
  • Experienced in Agile/Waterfall project management, budget oversight, RAID, benefits tracking, and leading technical teams
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills across multi‑disciplinary teams
  • Familiar with AI concepts, ITIL practices, metadata governance, and enterprise‑scale delivery tools (Jira/ADO)
  • Relevant certifications preferred: PRINCE2/PMP, Agile, Power BI/Azure, ITIL
