Analyze business, system, and data requirements and translate them into actionable Salesforce and CRM solutions
Partner with business, compliance, and technology stakeholders to document current and future-state processes
Develop and maintain detailed artifacts including user stories, process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications
Support Agile delivery by managing user stories, backlog refinement, sprint activities, and documentation using JIRA and Confluence
Identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and system integration to improve operational efficiency
Validate solutions through UAT support, stakeholder walkthroughs, and release coordination
Present findings, recommendations, and solution designs to business and technical audiences
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and application states
Stay current with Salesforce platform features, best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, or technical analysis
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms, including understanding of:
- Configuration concepts
- Data structures and objects
- Workflows and automation
- Reporting and dashboards
Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (preferred)
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred)
Experience in financial services or other regulated environments (preferred)
