About the role
- Analyze business, system, and data requirements and translate them into actionable Salesforce and CRM solutions
- Partner with business, compliance, and technology stakeholders to document current and future-state processes
- Develop and maintain detailed artifacts including user stories, process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications
- Support Agile delivery by managing user stories, backlog refinement, sprint activities, and documentation using JIRA and Confluence
- Identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and system integration to improve operational efficiency
- Validate solutions through UAT support, stakeholder walkthroughs, and release coordination
- Present findings, recommendations, and solution designs to business and technical audiences
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and application states
- Stay current with Salesforce platform features, best practices, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, or technical analysis
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms, including understanding of:
- - Configuration concepts
- - Data structures and objects
- - Workflows and automation
- - Reporting and dashboards
- Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred)
- Experience in financial services or other regulated environments (preferred)
