About the role
- Analysis of errors and tickets in Siebel, OSM, UIM, AIA systems
- Monitoring and testing customer order processes
- Reviewing logs in Linux
- Supporting development and operations teams
- Working with sales–order–service activation processes
Requirements
- Communicative English (min. B2)
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Basic Linux (terminal, logs)
- Basic programming skills in any language
- Analytical thinking and willingness to learn intensively
- Interest in telecom, integration or enterprise systems RODOD (Siebel / AIA / OSM / UIM)
