About the role

  • Gather and analyze clients' business requirements and translate them into functional D365 F&O solutions.
  • Participate in functional design workshops and draft specifications (FIT/GAP analyses, detailed functional specifications).
  • Configure the D365 F&O solution according to business requirements and Microsoft best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on custom developments and integrations.
  • Contribute to testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and support key users.
  • Participate in data migration activities and preparation for Go‑Live.
  • Provide post‑deployment functional support and contribute to continuous improvement of the solution.
  • Depending on your interest, take part in pre-sales activities (demonstrations, estimations, responses to RFPs).

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a functional consultant on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Strong knowledge in one or more functional areas: Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, Production.
  • Ability to understand business challenges and interact with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Enjoy working in teams and in complex project environments.
  • Autonomy, rigor, and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Microsoft D365 certifications preferred or in progress.
