About the role
- Grow a book of Government business
- Originate and lead pursuit strategy for multi-service deals (AMS, Cloud, Digital, ERP)
- Build and nurture senior relationships (CIO, CFO, DG level) across WA Clients
- Collaborate with Capgemini service lines and partners (Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle) to deliver integrated solutions
- Drive pipeline creation and conversion to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide thought leadership on digital transformation and citizen-centric outcomes
Requirements
- Proven hunter track record in Public Sector – origination and closure of large-scale deals
- Experience in at least two of the following: AMS, Cloud Managed Services, Digital Transformation, ERP, Consulting-led sales
- Ability to orchestrate complex pursuits involving multiple towers and partners
- Strong understanding of procurement frameworks and panels
- Excellent relationship-building skills with senior government stakeholders
- 8+ years in business development or account growth roles within IT services
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
