- Lead performance requirement gathering, workload modeling, and SLA definition in alignment with program objectives and cross‑functional teams
- Monitor application and infrastructure behavior during tests using LoadRunner Analysis, APM tools (Dynatrace/AppDynamics/New Relic), server metrics, and DB monitoring
- Analyze performance results to identify bottlenecks, including response‑time degradation, memory/CPU constraints, connection/thread issues, and slow SQL queries
- Collaborate with multiple workstreams—including onshore and offshore teams—to coordinate test preparation, execution, defect resolution, and tuning activities
- Define and deliver comprehensive performance test strategy, plans, scenarios, risk assessments, and documentation, ensuring transparency and technical clarity for stakeholders
- Present performance findings, dashboards, bottleneck reports, and optimization recommendations while ensuring alignment with compliance, quality, and program governance requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with LoadRunner (Controller, Performance Center, LRE, LoadRunner Analysis) and enterprise‑scale performance testing
- Strong expertise in performance engineering, including system tuning, root‑cause diagnostics, and analysis of HTTP/HTTPS, APIs, microservices, and client‑server environments
- Proven ability to lead performance testing across programs, including cross‑workstream coordination and effective offshore collaboration
- Proficiency in SQL queries, database performance analysis, and Linux/Unix commands for system‑level monitoring and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and performance considerations for hybrid and cloud‑native environments
- Experience preparing detailed technical documentation—strategy, workloads, test plans, reports, dashboards—and communicating insights to technical and leadership stakeholders
- Experience working on SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration or similar large enterprise transformation programs; strong communication, analysis, and problem‑solving skills.
