About the role
- Lead a team of 4-6 Automation testers
- Create automated testing scripts throughout the build
- Create a regression test suite for Regression Testing
- Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
- Work closely with Dev teams and BA to resolve technical/business issues
- Quickly become SME on the assigned area
- Collaborate directly with end clients and QA team
Requirements
- Proficient in both Manual & Automation testing
- Selenium with Java skills
- Automation skills
- Cloudbees
- MongoDB
- Hands-on experience with Playwright
- Experience on PC Insurance application testing
- Experience of working in Agile/SAFe Agile projects
- Capable of designing and executing test cases
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of Rally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with IT and Business Teams
