About the role

  • You will take responsibility for SAP projects as well as production logistics projects and actively contribute to their execution.
  • You will develop holistic production and logistics concepts, taking into account spatial, organizational and process-related changes at the site.
  • You will establish appropriate organizational structures and manage their design, planning and implementation.
  • You will analyze, design and implement material flow processes from goods receipt through to delivery to the warehouse.
  • You will select, size and procure suitable logistics equipment and systems to implement new logistics concepts.
  • You will report regularly to steering committees and upper management on progress, risks and required decisions.
  • You will evaluate material, information and process flows, identify weaknesses and additionally contribute in the areas of aviation security and export control.

Requirements

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field, ideally with international experience
  • Initial experience in project management and in supervising working students in a production environment
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management and, in particular, production logistics
  • Knowledge in production management; experience with Lean / Six Sigma is desirable
  • Good SAP skills, particularly in the LOG and PltP areas
  • Confident user of common MS Office programs (especially Excel / PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Planner)
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Confident demeanour, strong communication skills, reliability and a team-oriented working style
