About the role

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Service team; manage workload, priorities, and performance
  • Oversee the full O2C process and ensure accuracy, compliance, and service level achievement
  • Manage escalations involving key customers, complex orders, credit issues, and delivery challenges
  • Collaborate with Sales, SCM, Finance, Logistics, and plants to ensure alignment and resolve issues
  • Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support process standardization
  • Ensure documentation quality, audit readiness, and adherence to corporate policies

Requirements

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Italian - minimum B2 level
  • 3- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain (Order Management, Procurement, O2C etc.)
  • Proven leadership experience in Customer Service or Order-to-Cash roles
  • Strong decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep knowledge of O2C, SAP SD, and international commercial processes
  • Ability to motivate teams, drive improvements, and manage high-impact situations effectively
