About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Service team; manage workload, priorities, and performance
- Oversee the full O2C process and ensure accuracy, compliance, and service level achievement
- Manage escalations involving key customers, complex orders, credit issues, and delivery challenges
- Collaborate with Sales, SCM, Finance, Logistics, and plants to ensure alignment and resolve issues
- Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support process standardization
- Ensure documentation quality, audit readiness, and adherence to corporate policies
Requirements
- Good command of spoken and written English and Italian - minimum B2 level
- 3- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain (Order Management, Procurement, O2C etc.)
- Proven leadership experience in Customer Service or Order-to-Cash roles
- Strong decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep knowledge of O2C, SAP SD, and international commercial processes
- Ability to motivate teams, drive improvements, and manage high-impact situations effectively
