Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in the public sector
- Experience with bidding/tendering for public contracts
- Experience managing client requirements
- Financial skills to manage a P&L
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Team and client management skills
- Leadership and strong communication skills
