About the role

  • Lead and develop a diverse planning team, ensuring high performance, engagement, and continuous improvement
  • Leverage advanced planning expertise, strong analytical thinking, and scenario‑building capabilities to optimize supply and demand processes
  • Understand and navigate end‑to‑end supply chain dynamics, including key linkages with Sales, Marketing, and broader Commercial functions
  • Communicate effectively, build trusted relationships, and influence stakeholders across multiple levels and regions
  • Operate confidently in a fast‑paced environment, making quick, data‑driven decisions and maintaining a proactive, solution‑oriented approach

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning (distribution, production, materials), ideally within the FMCG sector
  • Hands-on experience with advanced planning systems, such as SAP, JDA, or similar tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of people management experience, including coaching, performance development, or leading planning teams
  • Planning & Organizing: Structure work efficiently and guide others in effective work organization
  • Teamwork: Encourage collaboration, support colleagues, and build team cohesion
