About the role
- Monitoring and managing the progress of incidents of internal teams and external teams as required
- Prioritizing incidents according to their urgency and influence on the business
- Monitor resolver queues and escalate when incidents are not being resolved within service levels
- Provide incident reporting as needed
- Production and maintenance of the Major Incident communication
Requirements
- Very good verbal and written French language
- At least one year of experience in a service management position
- Presenting La Niaque! attitude
- Very good management and communication skills
- Ability to facilitate and coordinate technical major incident restauration team meetings
- Basic ITIL knowledge
- Good command of MS Office suite
