About the role

  • Monitoring and managing the progress of incidents of internal teams and external teams as required
  • Prioritizing incidents according to their urgency and influence on the business
  • Monitor resolver queues and escalate when incidents are not being resolved within service levels
  • Provide incident reporting as needed
  • Production and maintenance of the Major Incident communication

Requirements

  • Very good verbal and written French language
  • At least one year of experience in a service management position
  • Presenting La Niaque! attitude
  • Very good management and communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate and coordinate technical major incident restauration team meetings
  • Basic ITIL knowledge
  • Good command of MS Office suite
