About the role
- Perform as an insurance application manager to lead or support application analysis and solution design based on microservice architecture
- Analyze insurance business logic and operation flow, to design system functional based on microservice architecture
- Deliver or support Agile, Cloud, AI system application
Requirements
- 15+ years application development and maintenance
- 5+ years working experience related to insurance industry
- 10+ years working experiences with onsite/offshore delivery model
- Strong relevant tech skills on application architecture, devOps/CICD, and/or cloud/data/AI
- Solid knowledge of insurance product and operation
- Strong sense of issue, risk management, with proactive program solving and quality improvement
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Language: Japanese Business (JLPTN2+) / English Business
