About the role
- Perform as an insurance application manager to lead or support application analysis and solution design based on microservice architecture
- Analyze insurance business logic and operation flow, to design system functional based on microservice architecture
- Deliver or support Agile, Cloud, AI system application.
Requirements
- 15+ years application development and maintenance.
- 10+ years working experiences related with insurance industry
- Strong understanding on insurance product and operation.
- Good tech skills on application architecture, and cloud/data/AI
- Strong sense on issue, risk management, with proactive program solving and quality improvement
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Project management proficiency
- Language: Japanese Native / English basic.
