About the role
- Update monthly Nielsen slides and analyze markets
- Assist the Brand Manager with market analysis and research
- Support Brand Managers in implementing consumer activations
- Contribute to the development of the annual plan across brands
- Participate in internal brainstorming sessions
- Monitor competitor best practices
- Organize events: logistics, communications, follow-up
- Support training materials and resources, such as creating sell-in sheets and preparing e-learning content
- Assist during live training events
- Coordinate training events and manage logistics with suppliers
- Support the training manager on the brand experience application.
Requirements
- Initial experience in marketing
- Degree from a business school or a master’s in marketing
- English and French required; Dutch is a plus
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector, perfumes and cosmetics
- Creative mindset
- Analytical skills and strong interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills, autonomy and initiative
