About the role
- Achieves commercial sales and growth objectives
- Develops local strategy and business plan for territory objectives
- Develops strategy for product and Point of Sale (POS) material placements
- Achieve customer/consumer engagement skills certification
- Builds client willingness and capability to collaborate
- Develops and maintains business relationships with local chains and distributors
- Sells and executes the 5Ps of presence, pricing, promotion, product, and personal selling
- Analyzes territory to identify and negotiate contracts with new retail customers
- Collaborates with Division Manager on territory-specific planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Committed to continuous personal and professional growth
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Previous experience in a marketing-focused role is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to perform a sales representative/territory manager role successfully
