About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via telephone, Microsoft Teams and email
- Monitor open customer requests from creation to resolution
- Support international customers on-site in troubleshooting and resolving faults
- Work closely with colleagues from adjacent departments (e.g., R&D, Repair)
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g., mechatronics technician, electrician, technician) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in technical customer support or service
- Familiarity with an ERP system
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel approximately 10–20%
- Strong customer-service orientation
