About the role

  • Design and develop generative AI–based multi‑agent systems that can collaborate, communicate, and coordinate to achieve complex objectives
  • Architect RAG‑driven chatbot solutions leveraging knowledge bases and external data sources
  • Create sophisticated prompt‑engineering strategies to optimize agent behavior and inter‑agent communication
  • Build, train, and fine‑tune generative models for multi‑agent applications
  • Develop robust evaluation frameworks to measure and improve system performance
  • Implement efficient knowledge‑sharing mechanisms between agents
  • Write clean, efficient, well‑documented Python for production‑ready AI systems
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate these systems into broader product ecosystems

Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  • 4+ years of professional experience in data science or machine learning engineering
  • Strong expertise in Python and core ML libraries
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying generative AI models such as LLMs or diffusion models
  • Proven capability in building RAG-based systems and working with vector databases
  • Solid background in prompt engineering for large language models
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing generative AI–based multi-agent architectures
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
