  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, VBA, and PL/SQL
  • Experience configuring or implementing operational risk management platforms is an advantage
  • Passionate about customer-facing roles
  • Ability to quickly grasp new technologies
