About the role

  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Stand-ups, Refinements, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
  • Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritised backlog
  • Remove impediments, coach the team in Scrum best practices, and track delivery progress
  • Track, analyse and assess test cases (Automated and manual)
  • Track defects through to resolution identifying required regression testing
  • Support automated testing within CI/CD pipelines
  • Drive continuous improvement in both delivery processes and software quality

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience as a Certified Scrum Master in software development
  • Full understanding and working experience of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Strong background in software testing (manual & automated)
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, SonarCube, Jenkins
  • Solid understanding of Agile principles and QA best practices
  • Great facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi Task
  • Team Player
