About the role
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Stand-ups, Refinements, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritised backlog
- Remove impediments, coach the team in Scrum best practices, and track delivery progress
- Track, analyse and assess test cases (Automated and manual)
- Track defects through to resolution identifying required regression testing
- Support automated testing within CI/CD pipelines
- Drive continuous improvement in both delivery processes and software quality
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as a Certified Scrum Master in software development
- Full understanding and working experience of the Software Development Lifecycle
- Strong background in software testing (manual & automated)
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, SonarCube, Jenkins
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and QA best practices
- Great facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi Task
- Team Player
