About the role

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, design, and prioritize changes to meet business objectives, taking into account potential risks and benefits
  • Assess the potential impact of proposed changes on people, processes, technology, and the organization as a whole
  • Establish a change control process to review, approve, and manage change requests, ensuring that they align with the organization's policies and standards
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to inform and prepare stakeholders for upcoming changes, addressing their concerns and needs
  • Oversee the execution of changes, ensuring that they are carried out as planned, and coordinating with project managers and relevant teams
  • Continuously monitor the progress and impact of changes, making adjustments as needed to address issues and ensure successful implementation
  • Identify and manage potential risks associated with changes, developing mitigation strategies to minimize negative consequences
  • Provide training and educational resources to employees and stakeholders to ensure they understand and can adapt to the changes effectively
  • Maintain detailed records of change management activities, including status updates and post-implementation evaluations
  • Provide reports to senior management
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and refinement of change management methodologies and tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business, management, or project management)
  • Proven experience in change management or a related role
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies, such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter's Eight-Step Change Model
  • ITIL Certification
  • English and German language (Level C1) is a must have
