About the role

  • Lead the technical design development and implementation of solutions using Earnix at a Tech Lead developer level
  • Work closely with business architecture and engineering teams to deliver scalable pricing and rating solutions
  • Define and implement branching strategies for development teams to support efficient and scalable CICD workflows
  • Develop and deliver an overarching integration architecture between Earnix and Guidewire enabling seamless consumption of capabilities as a service
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore to ensure alignment and timely delivery
  • Provide guidance on Earnix best practices, data structures, and modeling approaches
  • Drive solution design reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce engineering standards

Requirements

  • Handson Earnix experience at a Tech Lead or Senior Developer level
  • Strong experience with Rating Guidewire GW and Insurance platforms
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing branching strategies
  • Gitbased workflows preferred
  • Strong experience developing integration solutions between Earnix and Guidewire including consumption of Earnix models/services in Guidewire
  • Solid understanding of microservices, APIs and integration patterns
  • Strong understanding of insurance pricing strategies, underwriting workflows, and rating algorithms
  • Handson experience with Earnix Modeler, Optimizer and integration connectors
  • Deep knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter integration frameworks
  • Experience working with commercial or personal lines insurance products
  • Familiarity with JSON, XML based integration, SOAP/REST APIs and cloud native integration tools
