About the role

  • Define and lead the enterprise data architecture vision, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategies.
  • Architect scalable, secure, high‑performance data platforms and pipelines across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid ecosystems.
  • Build reference architectures and data models (relational, dimensional, NoSQL, graph, object-store) for all data types and workloads.
  • Establish and enforce standards for data governance, security, quality, lineage, and metadata across the enterprise.
  • Mentor teams, drive architectural reviews, and translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or enterprise architecture roles.
  • Strong expertise in BigQuery, Dataform, GCS, Composer, GCP Workflows, CI/CD pipelines, data modelling, and cloud data warehousing across GCP and Azure.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for large‑scale data processing, automation, and analytics.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as GCP Professional Data Engineer/Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or Azure Architect.
