About the role
- Join the Data Trust Capability in Capgemini’s Insights and Data business unit
- Drive business analysis for client businesses
- Shape business processes and requirements
- Assist in solution design and delivery of enterprise scale data management solutions
- Liaise with different levels of the hierarchy to assess feasibility, risks, and data readiness
- Ensure requirements include data quality, metadata and governance needs
- Produce high-quality documentation, results, and findings
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Requirements
- 7-10+ years in business analyst roles across data, security, compliance, or cloud platforms
- Proven experience delivering enterprise scale solutions
- Strong background in data management and data security/governance programmes
- Ability to delve deep into a topic/requirement, analyse the impact and provide solutions
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Experience in working with cross-region teams and projects
- Ability to guide medium sized teams
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts (e.g. supervised vs unsupervised learning, prediction vs classification, model drift, basic evaluation metrics)
- Understanding of access controls, data minimisation, and appropriate use of data in AI systems
