About the role

  • Develop, configure and enhance ServiceNow SPM modules, including: Demand Management
  • Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
  • Resource Management
  • Financial Planning / Cost Management
  • Agile / SAFe (when applicable)
  • Implement and maintain features such as: Project Workspaces
  • Timesheets / Staffing Roadmaps
  • Portfolio Planning
  • Create scripts, custom logic, integrations and automation flows using: Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts
  • Flow Designer / IntegrationHub
  • UI Policies, UI Actions, Catalog Items
  • Perform technical and functional analysis for new requests, translating business requirements into viable solutions.
  • Develop integrations between SPM and external systems (ERP, HR, Finance, project management tools, among others).
  • Support the PMO/portfolio team, advising on SPM best practices and functionality.
  • Ensure adherence to CSDM and ServiceNow governance best practices.
  • Participate in strategic projects for platform expansion and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a technical reference within the team, supporting more junior developers and analysts.

Requirements

  • Solid experience (4+ years) as a ServiceNow developer.
  • Strong knowledge of SPM / PPM / Demand / Resource / Financial Planning modules.
  • Proficiency in: JavaScript and the Glide API.
  • Flow Designer / IntegrationHub experience.
  • UI development (Forms, Views, UI Builder – optional).
  • Creation and maintenance of API integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with portfolio governance models, agile methodologies and project financial management.
  • Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework) is a significant plus.
  • Knowledge of version control (Git) and DevOps pipelines will be considered an advantage.
