About the role
- Lead end to end Salesforce architecture including data model, security, integrations, analytics, DevOps, and environment strategy.
- Design Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions that are scalable, secure, and high performing.
- Create High-Level Designs (HLDs) and documentation based on business requirements for Service and Support, export control data, and Revenue Cloud (as needed).
- Oversee and review Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation for Salesforce enhancements.
- Perform technical and business requirements gathering and translate needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Align Salesforce solutions with business goals and technical requirements.
- Lead governance processes for Salesforce design, architecture, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.
- Analyze and evaluate when third party solutions are needed to complement Salesforce.
- Support integration strategies between Salesforce and ServiceNow.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, architectural principles, and technical standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience as a Solutions Architect
- Strong hands on expertise with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Experience working with ServiceNow and integrating it with Salesforce
- Proven experience aligning Salesforce technologies with business strategies and technical requirements
- Strong background in gathering technical and business requirements and translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including: Data modeling; Security and access control; Environment and release management; DevOps processes; Integration patterns; Analytics and reporting & Product roadmap considerations
- Demonstrated leadership in architectural governance, design reviews, and quality assurance
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
