About the role
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements for payment systems
- Convert business needs into user stories and process flows
- Act as subject matter expert in various payment types
- Support end-to-end delivery of payment transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements and solution designs
- Develop and maintain documentation such as BRDs and FRDs
Requirements
- Deep domain expertise in payments
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Proven track record in payment transformation projects
- Hands-on experience with ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MX, SEPA, FPS, CHAPS
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like PSD2, AML, KYC
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and other BA/Agile tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
