About the role
- Shape the strategic direction and sustainable growth of Heraeus Medical
- Strengthen our position in biomaterials and infection management and support the continued development of our portfolio
- Monitor markets, trends and competitors to identify early business opportunities, partnerships or acquisitions with potential for the company
- Drive strategic initiatives that reinforce our market position
- As a cross-functional project lead, ensure that key initiatives are aligned, goal-oriented and implemented across departments
- Support transformation processes by facilitating workshops that improve team alignment and promote a performance-oriented culture
Requirements
- A degree in a natural science (e.g., Medicine, Biology)
- At least four years of professional experience — either in corporate development/strategy within the MedTech or healthcare sector, or in management consulting with a healthcare focus
- Strong analytical skills, including experience in market analysis and business case development
- Solid understanding of healthcare and MedTech markets, regulatory frameworks and innovation trends
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to structure complex topics clearly and to drive strategic initiatives across functions
- Fluent in German and English
